Introduction In this topic we talk about many different forms of leadership and how it can affect relations between the corporate leadership entities and union leadership. Most often we see or read about in the news the break down between negotiations between the corporate leaders and the union leaders causing production to come to a halt while items are being negotiated. In this paper we will talk about some important qualities a leader can have that will make them ideal for dealing with these kind of situations. Two-hundred years later these composition of laws are still relevant to our lives. Also we shall realize that old society's attemp to retool itself by using the power of technology to derve the technology of power. The main charcterof the information economy is that the productivity is based on the capacity to generate,process, and apply efficiently knowledge-based information. As for R&d expenditures, while North America accounted for 42.8% of the world?s total in 1990, Latin America and Africa together represented less than 1% of the same total.
